Creamy Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients:
1 (32 oz.) package southern style hash browns
1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup melted butter or margarine
3 cups cornflakes











Directions: Mix hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, onion, salt, and pepper together plus 1/4 cup of margarine. Pour into greased 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Mix 1/2 cup margarine with 3 cups of crushed cornflakes. Spoon over casserole. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
