1 1/2 lbs. shredded green cabbage
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1/3 cup vinegar
Directions: Place the finely shredded cabbage in a covered bowl in refrigerator for several hours. (Drain). Mix ingredients in order given 30 minutes before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
Notes: Cultured sour cream can be substituted for the whipping cream.
