Coleslaw

Ingredients:
1 head shredded cabbage
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup mayonnaise















Directions: Shred cabbage in bowl. Sprinkle sugar over cabbage, stir and let sit about 10 to 15 minutes or until juicy. I never measure the amount of sugar or salt, just approximate to suit your taste. Add salt and pepper and stir; add enough mayonnaise and stir. Keep refrigerated until time to serve. You may vary amount of ingredients according to how much cabbage you use.
