Cottage Cheese Potato Salad

Ingredients:
5 (medium) boiled, peeled and sliced potatoes
1 (large) container small curd cottage cheese
mayonnaise
chopped green onions
Accent
salt and pepper (to taste)














Directions: Line the bottom and sides of bowl with mayonnaise. Layer the following into the bowl: sliced potatoes, salt and pepper, green onions, cottage cheese sprinkled with Accent, mayonnaise. Repeat in the order listed, ending with mayonnaise on top. Make 24 hours ahead, or at least overnight.
