Grits Casserole

Ingredients:
4 cups water
1 cup grits
1 tsp. salt
4 oz. can chopped chilis
3/4 cup margarine, melted
1 tablespoon tabasco sauce
1 lb. cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten












Directions: Cook water, grits and salt until thick. Add chilis, margarine, tabasco sauce, cheese and eggs. Blend. Bake 1 hour at 300°F or until firm.

Notes: tabasco sauce
