Holiday Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
4 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup half and half
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
TOPPING:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup flour
1 cup pecans, chopped









Directions: Mix sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and half and half with the mashed sweet potatoes. Put in 13x9 inch baking dish. Combine brown sugar, butter, flour and pecans, sprinkle on top. Bake 25 mins. at 350°F.

Notes: This sweet potato casserole is so good that we almost prefer it over desserts.
