Camp Beans

1 gallon pork and beans
1 (large) diced onion
2 lbs. sandwich sliced ham (cubed)
1 (large) diced jalapeno
2 cups ketchup
2 lbs. brown sugar
1 lb. bacon (cut in small pieces)
1 (large) diced green pepper
2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 cup mustard

Directions: Brown hamburger, bacon and ham together in a big pot without draining. Add jalapeno, onion and pepper and cook until onions are clear. Add pork and beans, brown sugar, ketchup and mustard. Simmer on low to medium heat for about 1 hour.

Notes: This recipe promises to be a big hit! Excellent for large get togethers. Goes well with steak!
