Breaded Tomatoes
Chef:  Linda M. Bolling - Cowgill, MO          Category:  Side Dishes

Ingredients:
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can whole or cubed tomatoes
2 slices bread (torn into pieces)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon sugar
















Directions: Heat tomatoes to boiling and remove from heat. Add the rest of the ingredients and let set for 5 minutes. Serve while warm.
