Deluxe Corn Bread Salad

Ingredients:
1 8 1/2 oz. package corn bread mix
1 4 oz. can chopped green chiles, with liquid
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon rubbed sage
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
2 (15 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup green onions, chopped
1 cup bacon strips, fried and crumbled (1 cup bacon bits)
2 cups shredded, cheddar cheese





Directions: Mix and bake corn bread according to package directions, adding green chiles, cumin, oregano and sage to batter. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream and dressing mix. Crumble half of corn bread in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Layer with half of bean
