Ingredients:
1 lb. bacon, sliced into 1 inch pieces
1 medium head cabbage, cut in wedges and then halved
1 medium onion, cut into 1 inch squares
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 can green beans
1 can mild diced tomatoes with jalapenos
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar, optional

Directions: In large skillet, cook bacon pieces. As it becomes transparent, begin adding other ingredients in order. Cook until cabbage is desired tenderness. If mixture is too dry while cooking, add tomato juice to keep mixture from sticking to the pan. Sweet pickle
