2 3 oz. packages orange gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 pint orange sherbet
2 small cans mandarin oranges
1 small carton whipped topping
Directions: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sherbet and mix well until melted. Add oranges (juice and all) and fold in semi-thawed whipped topping. Pour into a 13x9 inch glass dish. (It doesnt work well in a mold). Chill and serve or freeze and serve as froz
Notes: This makes a pretty salad for Thanksgiving.
