Mixed Vegetable Medley

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups (10 oz. pkg.) frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
1.75 cups (15 oz. can) kidney beans, drained
1 stalk celery, sliced
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped


Dressing
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard or 1 teaspoon dry mustard








Directions: In a small sauce pan, combine all ingredients for dressing and cook until thick. Serve hot or well chilled. Drained canned vegetables can be used in place of frozen mixed vegetables.
