Mandarin Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
2 to 3 cups cooked diced chicken
1 cup celery, diced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 cup seedless green grapes
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds











Directions: Combine and chill chicken, celery, lemon juice, onion and salt. Add rest just before serving. Toss and serve on lettuce.

Notes: Recipe can be stretched by adding 2 cups cooked macaroni and a little more mayonnaise.
