Romanoff Potatoes

Ingredients:
6 med-large potatoes
1 pint sour cream
1 bunch green onions
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
paprika













Directions: Cook potatoes in jackets until fork tender. Peel and shred. Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese. Turn into buttered casserole. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Bake uncovered 350°F for 30 to 40 m
