Romaine Salad with Creamy Garlic Dressing

Ingredients:
1 (large) head romaine lettuce
2 green onions, sliced thin
1 avocado, diced
1 cup tomato, chopped and seeded
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2/3 cup seasoned croutons
DRESSING
1 (large) clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
egg substitute equal to 1 egg
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce







Directions: Toss lettuce, onions, avocado, tomato, Parmesan cheese and croutons. Mash garlic and salt to make paste. Mix with lemon juice. Add egg substitute and beat until creamy. Stir in mayonnaise and Worchestershire sauce. Chill. Toss together with salad immediat
