1 pound mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons Cavender's Greek Seasoning
1/4 cup oil
1 package Swiss cheese
1 bell pepper
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
Directions: Slice bell pepper into small pieces. Slice Swiss cheese into small chunks. Slice mushrooms lengthwise into thin slices. Mix red wine vinegar, oil and Greek seasoning in a cup and set aside. Mix mushrooms, pimentos, pepper and cheese in a large bowl. Pour
