No More Tough Beef (A Marinade)

Ingredients:
2 cups water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon meat tenderizer
1 tablespoon concentrated lemon juice
















Directions: Mix water, soy sauce, meat tenderizer and lemon juice and pour over cut of beef. Let it set in refrigerator from 2 to 4 days. Drain and cook as desired. Steaks that have been marinated do not need to cook as long as unmarinated steaks. Marinated meat may be frozen. Double the recipe as many times as you need to cover meat.
