Meat Loaf
Chef:  Barb Kasel - Taopi, MN          Category:  Main Dishes

Ingredients:
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup finely crushed saltines (or rolled oats)
1 small finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
TOPPING:
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard







Directions: Mix together eggs, milk, crackers or oats, onion, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and ground beef. Shape into loaf. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard and pour over loaf. Bake at 350°F for 60 to 70 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.

Notes: This is our favorite meatloaf.
