Tender Round Steak

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. round steak (cut in strips)
1 cup water
1 (large) finely chopped onion
1 (large) can drained tomatoes
1 chopped green pepper
2 stalks sliced celery
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon pepper








Directions: Cover 1 1/2 pounds of round steak, cut in strips, with 1 cup of water. Simmer 15 minutes. Add above ingredients and cook 1 hour. Cook with cover on 1/2 hour and uncover the last 1/2 hour.
