Porcupine Meatballs

Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons minced onion
2/3 cup uncooked rice
SAUCE:
2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar












Directions: Mix ground beef, salt, onion, and rice together. Form into balls. Mix tomato sauce, barbecue sauce and brown sugar. Pour sauce into a 9 x 13 inch pan, lay meatballs in sauce. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°F.
