Ingredients:
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground sausage
1 dozen eggs
3 cups milk
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
7 to 8 slices cubed white bread
1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion

Directions: Brown sausage and drain. Combine all ingredients, mix well and pour into a greased 13x9 inch glass casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 55 minutes. Knife should come out clean. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
