Inside Out Ravioli

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 (medium) onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
7 oz. multi-colored corkscrew noodles
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 (16 oz.) container small curd cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese







Directions: Brown beef, onion and garlic in skillet. Drain off fat. Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain, saving liquid. Stir the liquid, spaghetti sauce, and salt and pepper into meat mixture. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes. Meanwhile, cook noodles following package directions. Drain. Combine spinach, noodles, Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, and bread crumbs. Spread in a greased 9x13 inch dish. Top with meat mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
