Karen's Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked cubed chicken (or turkey)
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cups diced celery
2 cups cooked rice
1 teaspoon dry onion flakes (or grated onion)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (small) can sliced water chestnuts
3 eggs (hardboiled, cut up)
1 cup crushed Corn Flakes or potato chips
8 oz. grated cheese









Directions: Mix chicken, soup, mayonnaise, celery, rice, onion flakes, salt, water chesnuts, and eggs. Put in 9x13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle with Corn Flakes and cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 375°F or until brown on top. Serves 10 to 12
