1 lb. pheasant (cut into small thin strips)
2 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
stir-fry authentic Oriental seasoning mix
1 lb. package frozen stir-fry vegetables
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1/3 cup water
Directions: Blend Oriental seasoning soy sauce, sugar and water. Set aside. Heat oil in large heavy skillet. Stir-fry meat till brown. Add vegetables. Stir-fry. Add seasoning mix and stir-fry 1 minute. May eat plain or over brown rice.
