Verenika Casserole

Ingredients:
4 cups cooked noodles
1 (24 oz.) container cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 to 4 cups cooked, diced ham
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups sour cream









Directions: Mix cottage cheese, eggs, salt and pepper together in bowl; set aside. In skillet, melt margarine, add flour and salt stirring, then add milk; stir until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat; add sour cream. In 9x13 inch baking pan, layer 1/2 the noodles, 1/2 the cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 of ham, 1/2 of gravy. Repeat layers, ending with gravy. Bake at 350°F, covered with foil for 45 minutes or until done.
