1 package smoked sausage (sliced in thick rounds)
1 chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can drained kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can drained Great Northern beans
1 (15 oz.) can drained green lima beans
2 (15 oz.) cans pork and beans
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese (chunked)
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions: Cut sausage into 1/4 inch slices. Brown sausage in skillet sprayed with non-stick coating. Drain on paper towels. Cook onion until clear in drippings. Then put sausage, onion, kidney beans, northern beans, lima beans, pork and beans, cheese, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt in a large crockpot. Stir well. Cook on high for about 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Serves 6 to 8.
