Ingredients:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 slightly beaten egg
1 (small) chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon pepper
no salt

Directions: Mix all ingredients together using only 1/4 cup soup. Shape into 6 patties and put into a 7x11 inch pan. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Drain off fat. Mix rest of soup with 1/3 cup water and pour over mixture. Bake for 10 minutes more.
Notes: My grandmother makes this casserole often. We all enjoy eating it at her house.
