Spicy Style Cheese Soup

Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (large) chopped onion
1 lb. processed American cheese spread
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
2 (15 oz.) cans tomatoes with green chiles
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn (undrained)
1 (15 oz.) can dark red kidney beans (undrained)













Directions: Brown ground beef, drain and rinse with hot water, add onions, green chiles, corn, beans and 1 can of tomatoes. Melt cheese with 1 can of the tomatoes in microwave and add to above, heat and put in slow cooker on low for 2 hours. Garnish servings with sour cream and serve with crackers.

Notes: This gets better heated the next day.
