Ingredients:
1 part sugar
1 part salt
1/2 part pepper
1/4 part garlic salt
Brisket

Directions: Mix ingredients together. Rub on brisket. Put in smoker and leave 4 to 6 hours, depending on size of the brisket. Slice across the grain while it is still warm.
