Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup rice
1 (medium) onion
1 egg
1 tablespoon flour
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
1 (medium) can tomato juice

Directions: Mix and make small balls. Put the balls into a roaster. Pour tomato juice over meatballs. Cook on low fire for 1 1/2 hours.
