1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tablespoons flour
3 cups milk
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid
Directions: Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain all but 2 tablespoons fat. Stir flour into browned meat add 3 cups milk slowly, stirring. Stir in mushrooms and liquid. Add more milk if too thick. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or toast.
