1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (small) chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) package frozen mixed vegetables
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions: Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add salt and pepper. Stir together meat, vegetables and soup. Place into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Cover meat mixture with tater tots (frozen). Bake uncovered at 325°F for 1 hour.
