Ingredients:
2 or 3 cups cooked and diced chicken
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup silvered almonds
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons pimento
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
3 cups crushed potato chips
1/2 cup grated cheese

Directions: Toss chicken, celery, almonds, salt, onion, green pepper, mayonnaise, pimento, lemon juice and soup lightly. Top with potato chips and grated cheese. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Double the recipe for a 9x13 inch baking dish but do not double topping.
