Ingredients:
1 brisket
1/8 teaspoon onion salt
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/3 bottle liquid smoke
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (6 or 8 oz.) jar barbecue sauce

Directions: The night before, place brisket in a large glass dish, sprinkle with onion salt, celery salt, garlic salt and tenderize on both sides, pour about 1/3 bottle of liquid smoke over brisket. Cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate over night. Next day sprinkle on a little Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Bake at 275°F for 8 hours. Slice, pour on 6 or 8 oz. of barbecue sauce. Return to oven at 350°F for 1 hour.
