Creamy Cheese-Beef Dip

Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) package softened cream cheese
1/4 cup crushed and drained pineapple
1/3 cup mild barbecue sauce
2 chopped green onions
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
chopped red or green peppers (optional)
4 to 5 slices chopped fine dried beef
1 (large) pepper










Directions: In a medium sized bowl, soften the cheese and add pineapple, barbecue sauce, onions, mustard, garlic salt, seasoned salt, peppers, and dried beef, and mix well. Chill for several hours. When ready to serve, put into a large pepper, that has the veins and seeds removed. Serve with corn chips, crackers or vegetables. Serves 8.
