1 DOLE Fresh Pineapple
wooden picks or decorative Appetizers picks
1 DOLE Mango, peeled and cut into1-inch chunks
1/2 cup soft cream cheese
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 tablespoon orange juice (optional)
Directions: Cut pineapple in half length-wise, carefully cutting through the top and bottom stems. Place the most attractive half of the pienapple cut side down on a serving platter. Cut off stem and leafy end from second pienapple half; remove peel and core, Cut pineapple into 1-inch chunks. Spear each chunck of pineapples and mango on woodenpicks; insert picks decortively all over the pineapple half on platter. Stir together cream cheese and orange marmalade until blended; stir in orange juice if needed to make dip desired consistency. Serve dip with fruit for dunking.
