Spinach Dip
Chef:  Pearl Jarred - Guthrie, OK          Category:  Appetizers

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chopped jalapeno
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 cups chopped tomato
10 oz. thawed and drained frozen spinach
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) package Monterey Jack cheese
1/3 cup half & half













Directions: Combine all ingredients. Bake in buttered dish for 20 to 30 minutes at 400°F. Serve with melba toast, crackers, or corn chips.
