Salsa Verde (Green Salsa)

Ingredients:
4 (small) green tomatoes
1 jalapeno pepper
1 (small) onion
garlic salt
cilantro
onion salt














Directions: Boil green tomatoes and jalapeno pepper until tender, about 5 minutes. Peel tomatoes, seed pepper, and put in food chopper together. Chop till fine. Add seasonings to taste. Mix until smooth. Serve with snack crackers, chips, etc.

Notes: The way they make it in Mexico.
