2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
1 (small) can crushed pineapple (well drained)
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Directions: Put cheese in bowl and stir until well creamed. Add pineapple, green peppers, onion, and salt to mixture. Mix well. Shape into ball, roll in chopped nuts. Chill overnight before serving.
Notes: During the holidays, this cheeseball is usually gone before I can make another dish.
