Ingredients:
1 egg white
2 teaspoons water
2 (12 oz.) cans salted mixed nuts
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions: In large bowl, beat egg white and water. Add the salted, mixed nuts and toss to coat. Combine sugar, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. Sprinkle over nuts and stir/toss to coat. Spread nuts in a single layer in a greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes. Cool slightly i n pan. Stir frequently in pan while still warm to keep nuts from clumping. Makes approximately 8 cups.
