Pops Pepper Poppers

Ingredients:
hot peppers of your choice
cream cheese
sharp Cheddar cheese
fried crisp bacon
















Directions: Wear rubber gloves to wash peppers, cut stem ends off and remove seeds. Cut in half lengthwise. Some peppers can be stuffed with cream cheese and some with cheddar cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 350°F oven. Fry bacon until crisp and crumbled. After taking peppers from oven, sprinkle bacon pieces on top. Serve while hot.
