Salmon Log

Ingredients:
1 (16 oz.) can salmon
1 (8 oz.) package softened cream cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated onion
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 tablespoon dry Ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 tablespoons chopped parsley










Directions: Mix all ingredients except parsley. Shape into log, or if youre creative, shape into a fish shape. Roll in parsley. Chill. Serve with crackers or fresh veggies. This is great for parties.

Notes: A different choice, when it comes to cheese balls.
