Winter Strawberries

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups grated walnuts
1 1/2 cups grated coconut
3 (3 oz.) packages strawberry gelatin
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
green spearmint leaves














Directions: Combine the walnuts, coconut, dry gelatin, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Work until smooth. Chill 1 to 3 hours. Shape into small strawberries. Roll in red sugar. Stick spearmint leaf in the top. Chill. Store in air-tight container.

Notes: Add the spearmint leaf when ready to serve.
