Tex Mex Dip
Chef:  Cristy Brazeal - Paris, TX          Category:  Appetizers

Ingredients:
1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese
1 (15 oz.) can ranch style black beans
1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions: Line 7 1/2x10 1/2 inch pan or baking dish, with softened cream cheese. Cover with ranch style black beans (rinsed and drained). Add tomatoes and chiles, drained. (I use extra hot for more Mex flavor). Stir slightly and cover all with shredded cheese, your choice. (I use longhorn style Colby and Monterey Jack.) Put into 350°F oven 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese melts. Serve immediately with lots of chips. This can be prepared several hours ahead of time and placed in refrigerator until time to place in oven.

Notes: No leftovers!
