Chocolate Mint Cocoa

2 cups malted milk powder
3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/2 cups instant hot cocoa mix
1 cup soft butter mints

Directions: Cut butter mints in small pieces. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend about 2 minutes. To serve place 3 heaping tablespoons cocoa mix in 10 oz. cup. Add boiling water. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Store in airtight container. It makes about 6 cups of powdered drink.

Notes: I love to assemble different ingredients to make drinks, and this is one of the best have made.
