Chicken Almond

Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup flour
2 tablespoons onion flakes
4 teaspoons chicken soup mix
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 1/2 cups milk
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
7 ounces spaghetti, broken in half, cooked and drained
2 cups cooked chicken or turkey, chopped
1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 1/4 cup almonds
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained

1/4 cup chopped pimento

Directions: In medium saucepan, combine mayonnaise, flour, onion, chicken soup mix, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, celery salt, nutmeg and lemon juice. Gradually add milk, cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese; stir until cheese melts. In large bowl, combine mayonnaise mixture, spaghetti, chicken, broccoli, 3/4 cup almonds, mushrooms and pimento; toss lightly. Pour mixture into 9x13 inch pan. Top with remaining almonds and a sprinkling of garlic and chives seasoning. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
