Taco Soup

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
garlic, to taste
1 (large) can pinto beans, undrained
1 (large) can pinto beans with jalapeno, undrained
1 can hominy, undrained
1 can diced tomatoes and chiles, undrained
1 (large) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
2 (small) cans tomato sauce
1 (large) can whole kernel corn, drained
4 cups water
1 package taco seasoning
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Tabasco sauce




Directions: Brown beef and saute onions, pepper and garlic. Transfer to large crockpot and add remaining ingredients. Simmer 2 to 3 hours or overnight. Freezes well. Makes 20 servings.
