Ragland Hereford's Baked Steak
Chef:  Brady Ragland - Floydada, TX          Category:  Main Dishes

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds round steak
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
1 package dry onion soup mix















Directions: Cut steak into serving size pieces and place in foil lined 9x13 inch dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Cover dish with foil and bake at 250°F for 5 hours. This can also be cooked in the crockpot on low for 8 hours, omitting water.

Notes: This was my very first 4-H Food Show dish and is still one of my favorites.
