Wild Rice and Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
1 package instant seasoned wild rice mix, cooked
1 whole chicken, boned, cooked, chopped
1 can mushrooms
1 (small) jar diced pimento
onion, bell pepper, bean sprouts, etc., if desired
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 (large) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups chicken broth











Directions: Combine rice mix, chicken, mushrooms and pimento and vegetables, as desired in a large flat casserole dish. Melt butter. Mix in flour. When mixed add evaporated milk and broth. Cook until thickened and pour over chicken mixture.
