Ingredients:
2 (16 oz.) cans French cut green beans
1 (16 oz.) can lima beans
1 (16 oz.) can peas
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions: Drain cans of vegetables. Combine vegetables with pepper and onion in large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and mayonnaise, stir into the vegetables and place in a 2 quart baking dish. Top casserole with the cheese and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
